Our steel & iron foundry is ISO9001:2008 certified and obtained Norwegian DNV material certification. We produce approximately 8,000 tons of castings annually, including spheroidal graphite cast iron, gray cast iron, and vermicular graphite cast iron for global clients.
Key Ferrous Casting Products: Marine valves (GB, EN, JIS, ASTM, DIN), auto parts, low-temperature ductile iron, and vermicular graphite iron. These are widely utilized in water treatment, oil pipelines, mining, textiles, food, and wind power industries.
Our production base integrates investment casting and precision CNC machining, delivering over 500 containers globally.

Casting Facilities: Equipped with molding machines, 20t rotor sand mills, 10t resin sand assembly lines, and various annealing and intermediate frequency electric furnaces (1t to 3t).
Machining & Testing: Our workshop features world-class CNC tools including German boring and milling machines, Italian large boring mills, and Japanese horizontal boring centers. Testing is conducted using 300kN tensile machines, Brinell hardness testers, and direct-reading spectrum analyzers.
