Our standard tolerance range is 0.01mm to 0.05mm. However, we can accommodate tighter tolerances based on your specific technical requirements and drawing specifications.
What materials can you process?
We work with a wide variety of materials including Aluminum (6061, 7075), Stainless Steel (304, 316), Carbon Steel, Brass, Copper, and various plastics like ABS, POM, and Nylon.
How do you ensure the quality of the parts?
We perform a 100% QC inspection before delivery. Our facility is equipped with high-precision testing tools including CMM, projectors, altimeters, and micrometers to ensure every dimension meets the drawing.
Which drawing formats do you accept?
We accept both 2D and 3D drawing formats. For 2D, we prefer PDF or CAD; for 3D models, we accept STEP, IGES, and SolidWorks files.
What is your monthly production capacity?
Our current production capacity is approximately 50,000 pieces per month, supported by our advanced CNC lathe, milling, and turning equipment.
Do you provide surface treatments?
Yes, we provide a full range of surface treatments including anodizing, polishing, sandblasting, plating (zinc, nickel, chrome), and powder coating to meet your aesthetic and functional needs.
