What is your sample policy?
We can supply samples if available in stock. Customers are responsible for sample and courier costs. Extra costs may apply for custom sample quantities.
Can you produce according to specific samples or drawings?
Yes, we specialize in OEM/ODM production using your physical samples or technical drawings (3D/CAD). We can also build the necessary molds.
What is the standard delivery time?
For regular stock items, delivery is immediate. For custom orders, the typical lead time is 15-20 days depending on the quantity and complexity.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are T/T 30% as a deposit, and the remaining 70% balanced before delivery.
Do you test all goods before delivery?
Yes, we perform a 100% quality test on all goods before they are shipped to ensure zero defects.
