Profile & Introduction

Hot Forging Gearbox Components
High-Quality Forging Efficiency

Our facility was established in 2014 and focuses on the supply of various types of auto parts and engineering machinery parts. In 2020, a specialized production base was established covering an area of 26,000 square meters.

We mainly produce forging blanks, semi-finished products, and finished products for industries such as automobiles, agricultural machinery, engineering machinery, hydraulics, and forklift attachments. Our facility operates three precision forging production lines (630T, 1000T, and 1600T). We utilize full testing equipment, including three-coordinate measuring machines, spectrometers, profilers, and projectors. Pro-E and CAD/CAM technology are widely used for product design and mold manufacturing.

With strong new product development capabilities, we can develop qualified products within three weeks based on specific requirements. Our production line features medium-frequency heating equipment with automatic temperature control and sorting, complemented by dozens of machining centers and CNC lathes for fine processing.
