What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we accept T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer a 30% advance payment with the remaining 70% against the B/L.
What is the standard lead time for orders?
It usually takes 15 to 35 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific time depends on the quantity and whether the item requires custom tooling (which adds 10-15 days).
Can you produce parts based on samples or drawings?
Yes, we can produce exactly according to your physical samples or technical drawings. We also have the capability to build the necessary molds and fixtures in-house.
How do we confirm quality before mass production?
We follow AQL2.5/4.0 standards or perform 100% full inspection as per customer requirements. Comprehensive QC reports are provided before shipment for your approval.
