Product Description

Powder metallurgy is an advanced manufacturing technology that uses processes such as mixing, pressing, and sintering of metal powders (such as iron, copper, titanium, tungsten, etc.) to produce parts with specific properties. The core processes include: metal powder screening → adding lubricant for mixing → high-pressure forming in the mold (50-200 mpa) → high-temperature sintering (800-1300ºC) → post-treatment (such as quenching, oil immersion, and machining). This process breaks through the limitations of traditional casting and cutting processing, and can produce parts with high density (≥95%), complex structures (such as oil-impregnated bearings, gears), and special materials (such as tungsten steel, metal ceramics). It is widely used in fields such as automotive engines, medical devices, aerospace, and the electronics industry.
